Reservation Policies

General Policies

• Double occupancy rate per room per night in national currency – MXN, rates plus 21% tax. Additional extra person rate applies for 3rd and 4th person.
• Children are allowed to share a room in existing beds; children 12 years or older pay the cost of the extra person as an adult.
• Pets are allowed for a fee of $500 per night in the room. A credit of $1,500 is required to cover damage to the property if any.
• Parking available, free Wi-Fi in common areas.
• All reservations require a $1,000 credit card guarantee per night (open voucher) and are subject to the modification and cancellation policies of each season.
• VISA, MASTERCARD and AMEX credit cards are accepted at the Hotel.

Cancellation Policies

• Once payment has been made, you have 72 hours to cancel the reservation with a 100% refund.
• The penalty for cancellation after 72 hours is 50% of the deposit made.
• In case of No Show the penalty will be the first night and the remaining nights will be subject to hotel availability.
• In case of early departure, a charge of one night will be applied.
