General Policies

Rate based on double occupancy per room per night in local currency – MXN, plus 21% tax. An additional extra person rate applies to third and fourth guests.

Children are welcome to share a room in existing beds; children 12 and older pay the extra person rate as an adult.

Pets are not allowed.

Free parking is available.

Free Wi-Fi is available in common areas.

All reservations require a $1,000 pesos deposit per night by credit card (open voucher) at check-in and are subject to seasonal modification and cancellation policies.

VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMEX credit cards are accepted at the hotel.

Cancellation Policies

You have a 48-hour period to cancel your reservation without charge.

The penalty for cancellations made after 48 hours will be the equivalent of the first night's stay.

In the case of a no-show, the penalty will be the full amount of the first night, with the remaining nights subject to hotel availability.

In the case of early departure, a one-night charge will apply.
